We believe that the celebration of fine food and drink should be one of the most memorable features of your holiday, and one that deserves the finest attention to detail.  That is why we have created the widest possible range of options to suit every taste, and every requirement.  All our meals include delicious healthy options with dishes that are low in calories, sodium, or are glucose-free.

One of the great pleasures of travelling the world is sampling new dishes and, in addition to your favourite international dishes, our highly-skilled chefs will prepare a fabulous choice of regional cuisine, made with fresh local ingredients.

A feast of delights - from dawn until beyond dusk

How do you like your eggs?  At breakfast we cater to early and late risers, and our hearty Breakfast Buffet now includes sparkling wine and a made-to-order Egg Station.  Or, if you prefer, you can enjoy a continental breakfast in the privacy of your stateroom.

An excellent selection of salads and hot dishes are served at the Lunch Buffet with a choice of appetizers, delicious soups, homemade breads and tempting desserts.  All of which can be enjoyed with complimentary soft drinks.

Save room for afternoon tea served in the lounge or on the top deck, with freshly-brewed coffee or tea and delicious cakes and biscuits.

Dinner is always a memorable affair, elegant but informal, it is served in a single sitting with waiter-service.  Every evening the chef will delight you with a four-course gourmet meal that typically features an appetizer, soup, entree, dessert, and coffee or tea, accompanied by the perfect wine, beer or soft drink, all complimentary.

If you are peckish before bed, we offer a selection of late night treats.  Throughout the day, enjoy complimentary tea, coffee and fruit juice.

Join us at Cocktail Hour for a glass of excellent regional wine, beer or spirits.  It is a great opportunity to meet fellow travellers and enjoy a drink before dinner.  As well as your expertly-chosen complimentary wine, beer and soft drinks served with dinner, our sommelier has crafted a superb wine menu.   If you wish, you can purchase an alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks package before you set sail, to make your holiday even more relaxing.
